I always have the best time here when im on layover or waiting for my flight the next day! I get one of the suites with its own bathroom, which are located down in the pig pen building (no need to further explain!). One issue that I have is that they've instituted a "NO Renewal" policy! Which makes no sense to someone who's willing to pay the $89 again to stay and have more fun. For me, this meant I had to check out at 4am when my flight wasn't scheduled until 12:10pm for departure. I had nowhere to go, just me and my luggage out on the streets of downtown Atlanta that early in the morning. It was a worrisome time. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that? 5-stars all the way. I'm so hoping they'll change that policy back to the way it was. Because I love the place! Excellent pool, amazing steam room, active sauna, nice hot tub and very nice employees!
Nearly 20 years of patronage has been fun times! Getting to know ppl across the US and the world. My only complaint is the smell of cigarettes. I’m allergic and hate that it’s right next to the jacuzzi. Takes away from the enjoyment. All in all, you’ll get play when your body piques someone’s interest, and it’s dry otherwise.
Everytime I come it gets more expensive, and the experience is worse , today was officially my last day coming here...
Why do people have to stand in line for an hour just to get inside? Why are the reception staff so incredibly slow? What could possibly take that long? Some people are actually walking away. Why can't you provide decent service? I’m about ready to leave myself. The line isn't moving at all. What is the point of your existence if every visit turns into a stress ? People come here seeking enjoyment, but instead, they end up with a terrible experience of endless waiting in line!
