Stayed here several times now. First time was excellent, 5 stars! Went with my girlfriend for my Birthday. Room wasn't as good. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows bad, and a "hairy," shower! We both have blonde hair, wasn't ours!

This Morning I called Casino Security, Kaitlin helped me Greatly. My Wife had been there all night (>13 hours)and I was Frantic, she was unreachable by phone. Kaitlin went Above and beyond paging her, and verified that the Wife's card was still active. I was Concerned. My Wife returned home after 5:30 am. Very Nice Rooms, but ask for The South Tower only. North Tower is Not nice. The Food is Fantastic ! Great Steak House ! Wonderful Mexican Restaurant ! Also , some of The Staff Members are Awesome. Some, but not all.

Your basic casino. I come here a bit, but thats mostly because its the only large casino around. I really hate the drive there. It's not close to the freeway at all, but its better than the trip to northwood! Its not a bad casino honestly and they have put in alot of new slot machines. The service is the problem there. The hotel rooms are ok. They're not bad and they're usually pretty clean. If you win a jackpot, you have to be sure to ask them for a room or they wont just give it to you. The hotel service isn't the greatest. They dont really go above and beyond like some places. The food is pretty mediocre, but I like their pizzas. Also, their bakery isnt bad and I really like their chocolate crossaints and their giant cookies. My boyfriend had won a jackpot one night after winning some recently there the week before. While waiting for his payout, the woman had said "you're pretty lucky today arent you?" He felt like she was being kind of passive aggressive. They didnt bring him his payout until hed lost all of his money waiting for them. Then the employee asked him to leave and that he wasnt allowed back for 24 hours. The employee had come with a couple security guards and told him the reason was because when he walked in, he went to another machine (even though when he got there he went straight to the machine he had won the jackpot on and didnt go to another one) and he stole an older lady's $600 ticket! Which he NEVER EVER did! He tried to explain that to the guy, but the employee told him they have it on camera. So when my boyfriend asked to see the footage, but the employee told him he didnt have any way to do that, that hes just the messenger! Needless to say, my boyfriend left and was so embarrassed and upset, because the whole "show" had attracted looks from other visitors and they made him look like a theif! What they did was not ok. Obviously they didnt like him winning. So due to that experience and the fact that their service isnt really that good, I only give it 2 stars.
