Dirty rooms. First room had hair in the bed and the toilet was gross as well. The floors hadn't been clean. Don't think we'll be back

The location is perfect. Their rooms are gorgeous. The contactless check-in/out is flawless. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Love the convenience of the location, pricing ,the cleanliness, and how easy the check in process is. Definitely staying here again !!!

Parker was super nice and professional. We had an issue with our tv and he switched our rooms and helped us figure out the tv in the other room aswell. And the issue was solved within the hour.

Loved this hotel! It has a book vending machine outside which I think is an AMAZING idea! The beds are comfortable and everything was clean!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Arrived at 12:30am in an unfamiliar city, completely alone, and couldn’t even get into my room. I was put on hold multiple times while they kept asking if I “just wasn’t opening the door correctly” — even after they gave me their so-called hard code. Spoiler: it didn’t work. They sent me to the main office, which they admitted is “tricky”… except the door straight up doesn’t open. Also, no lock box there either. After being put on hold AGAIN, I eventually figured out on my own that the lock boxes weren’t even behind a door like they implied — they were hidden elsewhere. Spent 30+ minutes on the phone just trying to access my room, finally getting in around 1am. Then they refused to give me a physical key, so when I tried again later, guess what — locked out AGAIN. Had to walk back down, try the lock box (code didn’t work), and deal with it all over. And just to top it off, I have something important in the morning. Eventually the manager had to come unlock the door — which raises the question: why couldn’t that have been done in the first place?? Went back up for the THIRD time… still locked. Another 30 minutes later, they’re calling me because it’s STILL not working. And the best part? The manager actually laughed and didn’t offer any compensation whatsoever. Absolute disaster of a stay. Avoid if you value your time, sleep, or sanity. Update: 3/29 regarding their response. They never answered my follow up email. And when I called - I am being issued only 10% of what I paid regarding the “refund” and additional compensation is for future stays which was ambiguous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Cool hotel where everything is automated. I never interacted with anyone associated with the hotel. It is close to a lot of interesting places but located in a highway that is not great to walk on.

Marketing for this place is amazing, I never would have guessed it was an old motel. The rooms were smaller than I expected and the hot water was unpredictable, making showering longer than 3 minutes hard. The heat and air conditioning were also battling the whole time so that was a little unpleasant but its RIGHT in the middle of where we wanted to be. 10 minutes from Grove Plaza, walking distance to the best coffee shop and a cool restaurant. Plus it was easy to find. All in all, it really wasn't a bad stay. Just some creature comforts that could be improved on and I'd go back as long as it was just me and my husband. These rooms are not big enough to accommodate parents AND kids.
