Great spot right off the greenbelt. The saunas and cold plunges were well kept and pricing is reasonable. Sophia was very welcoming as well. Definitely going back!

Amazing time! The owner of Wellhouse is so kind and welcoming. I could tell she cares a lot about this space that she’s created and really believes in the benefits. Her energy alone made the experience so much fun, but I also met some really great people while there. I thought this would be a one-time only thing for me and now I really can’t wait to do it again.

Thank God for WELLHOUSE! As a traveler just visiting Boise my body needed exactly what WELLHOUSE has to offer. The community was so friendly and welcoming. The owner and staff were gracious, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. My experience was hygienic and they even had plenty of water and if needed, electrolytes, hair ties, coconut water and more. If I lived here I would absolutely have a membership, and if you live in Boise and haven’t been to WELLHOUSE, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? This is a gem for recovery and healthy living. A need, not a want!

This was my first sauna to cold plunge, and was so fun. Facilities were spotless, helpful amenities like readily available cold drinking water and cute space to sit and relax, and the staff were super helpful and lovely to chat with. Perfect value versus cost, I wish I had this spot back home!
