no food but no biggie. bar tender was really pleasant. went early so was quiet which was nice. i’m not a drinker but just wanted to check out the atmosphere which was great.

Love the op as a vibe and for cheap drinks. However, The bartender, Ben as I have heard his name is, should be fired. He frequently harasses women and feels the need to raise his voice at people much younger than him. While most of the patrons and employees of the OP are great, Ben is notorious for power tripping. This can be corroborated by virtually any person who has entered the establishment and doesn’t fit the incel crowd. He has verbally accosted me when completely sober because i was walking funny (i was injured) and forced me to leave the bar. In a later instance, he timed my female friend going to the bathroom and screamed at her when she took more than 5 minutes. As a man in his mid 30s i have also heard of him pursuing freshman aged women at UVM, which is weird. I cannot with a good conscience ever review the OP positvely until this man is fired.

The OP is a Burlington gem dive bar. Good vibes, good staff, and regulars who keep coming back for a reason. With a renewed flare for cleanliness, this place is awesome. Soundtrack is always good too.

Great spot. Good drinks and solid layout. Bartender is a bit agro but that’s just his vibe. Drives out the annoying people which is nice and OP is less crowded than other bars.

If I could give 0 starts I would I’ve been to a handful of bars, and this is by far the worst bar i’ve ever went to. The 2 main bar tender guys are very problematic and rude. To add they drink on the job and get very heated very fast. One of the bar tenders got an inch from my face screaming at the top of his lungs because when he threw my card at me and I threw the straw on the floor. I know several bad stories and experiences with this bar, if you want a good night out don’t go to the OP! Not worth it

Bartender was a complete piece of work. He tried to fight me on the street - quite literally. What’s a disgusting and hypocritical establishment. Avoid at all costs wort bar in Burlington. Owners suck.
