Great service! First time trying the float chamber and cryogenic therapy. I did a 1/2 hour float session and for me personally I should have went longer as it took me a while to get relaxed. The cryogenic chamber is cool....literally 😉🥶-100 F. I found it to be an easier experience than an ice bath.

Absolutely amazing experience. The place was nice, clean, and obviously well taken care of. The owner explained the floating process thoroughly including dont be surprised if I fall asleep. Which with how unbelievably relaxing it is, I shockingly did. Afterwards she was happy to explain the other therapies they offer and benefits of those. If youre curious about light therapy, cryo therapy or float therapy... this is the place to go!

Its hard to describe into words the feeling of weightlessness I suppose its as its described, but one only gets a sense of what it truly means when you experience it. I have floated all over the country from west to east north to south. 307 is top notch and is a true float experience dont be fooled by pods or small coffin like float tanks they are not the same. The tanks at 307 are the cleanest I have ever had the pleasure of floating in. The service and experience were amazing. Get your float on. You won't be disappointed.

I went for my first float over the weekend and it was absolutely incredible! I am legally blind and Tricia was incredibly helpful and showed me where everything was and how to work everything. She was very caring and considerate! She seemed happy to be there and never made me feel rushed. I have a number of health issues and was very excited to try floating to see if it could help any of the soreness and other things going on with my body. I floated in the tank for an hour and it truly was the most relaxing thing ever! I was on such a dopamine high! It feels amazing and is so relaxing! I would recommend this to anyone who has any health issue or who needs to distress, or who is looking for some peace and quiet every now and then. I didn't feel claustrophobic. What a beautiful, inviting space! I was greeted with a tour and given simple instructions for a wonderful experience. The detox program on the infrared sauna was excellent. The float tank is super cool! It really gave that sense of floating through space. I would highly recommend the short drive over to Mills for this healing and rejuvenating experience.
