Motel 6 Chattanooga, TN - Downtown

My stay Was very wonderful..I enjoyed it so peaceful and comfortable thanks to Ms. Tiffany really sweet and kind o my did I mention good respectful young lady she's awesome love her customer service beautiful personality we could use her at every motel 6 she's an sweet heart. my room was excellent love the bottom level I didn't even how to request it Ms Tiffany gave me exactly what I was hoping to get a amazing stay thank you all I will be back!

Best hotel I've been to with clean sheets.. Amazing Staff Especially Ms Tiffany She made checking in so easy for me..thank you for making my stay different from wat others say

HORRIBLE! NASTY! DISGUSTING! RUDE MGMT! THIS IS THE WORST MOTEL 6 I HAVE EVER STAYED AT! THE FRONT DESK AGENT THAT CHECKED ME IN ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO DONATE TO HER SON'S SPORTS TEAM. I REPLIED NO AND SHE STILL TRIED TO KEEP MY $20 AND CHANGE! I TOLD HER I NEED MY MONEY BACK. SHE CAUGHT A MAJOR ATTITUDE! SHE DID GIVE ME MY MONEY! NO MICROWAVE'S NO REFRIGERATORS! I REPORTED THIS MOTEL 6 TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS! I ALSO REPORTED THIS MOTEL 6 TO THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA! IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME TIL THEY SHUT THIS MOTEL 6 DOWN!

Me and Siblings stayed here on work business trip and I must say the rooms was so comfortable and neat Lil lady Ms Tiffany at front desk was so nice and put our rooms close together we didn't even have to ask her she was everything very polite with excellent customer service we will be back thanks for having us

I don't recommend this place. It's awful. It smells terrible, the sheets were filthy, and the place reeked of drugs. It felt incredibly unsafe. As soon as I arrived, I saw the atmosphere and the lack of hygiene, and I decided to leave immediately. They didn't even give me my money back, or at least half of it.

Don't stay here. Stay at the Red Roof Inn across the street. I've stayed here multiple times. This last time was the worst. The inner pane of the window was shattered. The AC did not work and was extremely loud. 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The people next door had very loud babies/kids that were making a racket hitting the walls and everything. The kids were the straw that broke the camel's back. I complained, and the lady at the front desk actually did call them (thank you). The guests stopped their kids from running rampant, but their chaos turned into muffled whimpers and cries that could still be heard through the walls. We booked the Red Roof Inn+ across the street and it was a completely different experience. No roaches. AC was functional. No shattered window (a low bar, right?). And best of all... No obnoxious guests. I asked for a refund at the Motel 6 front desk. She said no. And I left. I will be staying at the Red Roof Inn+ from now on.
