Top notch place to stay, really impressed!!!
Booked this through our Bilt credit card portal so my experience may be different but I was surprised upon check in to pay a $25 “Resort Fee”. When I asked what it covered the staff said “ we don’t know? We just started a couple of months ago.” I asked if there was a fitness center or sauna or hot tub included in resort fee and was told “no the only hot tubs are in the premium cabins”. I then checked their website and there’s no extra fee listed. If you do book - I would try to book as big and nice a cabin as you can afford. We were in a basic deluxe room. The room was fine but the bathroom was tiny with a tiny sink and tiny shower. The only meal we ate was breakfast and it was delicious. Breakfast is served only at 8, 9 or 10 am. There is a happy hour from 5-6 but we weren’t able to go. Staffing seemed a bit light. Housekeeping is available every other day. Office was supposed to open at 8 am but it was a few min late which is a little stressful as we were trying to catch an early flight.
Suite 2 was a great stop. Good food close by and the Inn was a magical place.
