Hampton Inn Eugene

I have stayed at many Hamptons Inn’s and other hotels, but this is by far the noisiest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I could hear everything whether it was upstairs, downstairs, next door or down the hall. The hotel at itself was very clean.

For the price, the rooms are just ok. They're clean, but nothing fancy.

I booked the room for a great deal through a third party site for one night to see how it was (I booked multiple nights at other hotels and regretted it), since it was very nice I decided I might want to stay another night and asked if they had any deals. They wanted to charge me twice as much -- so I went elsewhere. Of note; their shower is in that weird french style with no rim so water gets all over the floor. I don't know why anyone would design such a thing.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Eugene for almost two weeks, and it was a great experience the whole time. When you’re somewhere that long, you really get a feel for how a place is run—and they did a great job. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything was kept up the way it should be. Staff was friendly across the board, but I want to call out the young man working the night shift—he was especially helpful and always had a great attitude. That kind of service makes a difference, especially after a long day. Overall, just a smooth, no-hassle stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall was not impressed. I’ve been to some really nice Hamptons and this one was tiny, run down, cracks in the ceiling, no hot tub, the bed hard as a rock and the pool made mine and the hubs skin itch really bad. Plus the price was jacked up and not worth it at all. If we come back to Eugene we will be looking elsewhere.

Breakfast could be a little better. Those eggs are like a pile of rubber, would it really be that much to get a better fake egg. Rooms are great, clean place, and good location.

Staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Very nice, offered water on check-in as well as check out. My only suggestion would be king size pillows on a king size bed. For tiny standard size pillows on a king size bed really doesn't cut it. Room is extremely clean, smelled nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

I'm glad I was there for only one night. The positives were that the man that checked me in was very nice and personable, the room was spacious and clean, and it was a short drive to the Eugene airport. The negative was that it was loud there, all night. I was unable to get any real sleep/rest due to people stomping above me all night long and I kept hearing two men talking loudly in the hallway outside my room and slamming doors. My room was facing the road as well, so the traffic noise was loud. Maybe if you had a room on the top floor at the end of an empty hallway it would be okay, but I don't recommend it otherwise.

Nice rooms - not sure what there is to do in the area though

Wonderful staff, great location, comfortable rooms. Exceeded our expectations.
