The Argos Inn was the perfect hotel for a quick getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, a heated floor in the bathroom is a nice touch. Walkable to everything in downtown Ithaca. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will be staying again!

We had a wonderful star at this sweet inn. There isn’t one thing we can complain about. Highly recommended.

We've stayed in Ithaca a lot over the years and the Argos Inn is a jewel that always makes a visit extra special. Everything is great. Cool rooms with "off the beaten" decor and an amazing morning room for coffee & tea. And OMG...the bar! After you check in you might not ever check out :)

Im afraid to tell anyone how much we loved our stay here in fear we wont be able to get a room next time we come! lol. Argos filled every need we had and couldnt figure out in the landscape of accommodations at Ithaca, esp now that there's fewer Airbnbs allowed. It was eclectic, comfortable, festive, colorful, easy and friendly. We loved it! I wasnt prepared for the noise at night from the bar, but the staff managed it well and it quiets down at 11pm.

I gave 5 stars even though I couldn't go to sleep until 10 as the bar is loud. Most people wouldn't be disturbed. I am 82 and go to bed at 9:00. Way too loud to sleep until 10. Was in 213, right above the bar. Everything else about the hotel is great.

What a magical place. We really loved everything about it, especially the service. And the location. We will definitely be back.

What a spectacularly lovely hotel! Spotless everywhere with friendly, helpful staff. I so enjoyed leaving my car and walking easily to the shops and restaurants in the Ithaca Common. It's a very short and easy walk to Kitchen Theatre Company, too. Drinks with friends after the show at Argos Bar. Excellent vibe and delicious cocktails. Highly recommend!

A must stay! For anyone looking to make their stay in Ithaca more memorable and feel like a truly unique experience, I highly recommend the Argos!! We found this Inn online, booked it for the approximately to the commons and walkability to where we wanted to be and were SO HAPPILY surprised by the unique, warm, inviting character of the place! We had espressos in the solarium, had a delicious cocktail in the lounge, played cards in one of the many cute nooks, wandered the building enjoying the unique decor, and felt very welcome! We had just as much fun staying in as we did going out! We will definitely return!

Favorite place to stay in Ithaca! The location is great for those without a car -- easy walk to and from the bus stops to NYC. I also loved the bar tenders. Cocktails are creative and the bar tenders always had an off-menu suggestion for whatever flavor profile I wanted to try. A must-stay if you're visiting Ithaca for the first time or coming back again.
