A simple hotel but my experience was good. I went to a football match and the stay was quiet. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and spacious. There are several food places nearby. Good experience.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Never felt unsafe. Free Breakfast was ok, hot sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles. fruit, yogurt, coffee was weak, small Styrofoam cup. Maintenance is severely lacking. Needs a complete remodel and updated. Just looks like they have given up. Cracked tiles, thread bare ripped linen, dirty carpets. But you get what you pay for.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazingly polite and kind and I am forever grateful for his kindness I would recommend this place to anybody

If I could give 0 I would. The guy at the front desk was not friendly. Never have I been to a hotel where I have to put another 100 dollars down when I arrive. I’m sure they will keep it knowing I have my dog. This place seems sketchy and unsafe, a lot of people loitering the parking lots, people screaming at each other and getting in domestic disputes, people clearly under the influence. I drove 3 hours with my dog thinking she could stay the night and the front desk guy was less than understanding. Even after I looked it up online and offered a deposit. Such jerks here and now I definitely wouldn’t stay here without the safety of my dog. Run from this place - what a crappy place that shouldn’t even have the name quality in it. Total trash from the outside to the inside. I remember when these used to be pretty decent. And to top this off, one guy took a couple sausage patties back to his room for breakfast and the front guy stopped him and said no food can leave the dining area and none is allowed in your room. That is a first! So many people travel with food! Outrageous!

I do not recommend staying at this location, there was an incident at the room I had some of my things in and was told they had my stuff put up for me in a box at front desk each day being told to come the following day to pickup.....now after 3 days they claim to have nothing for me!!!! when I asked for manager this morning they disconnected me all together ...... absolutely outrageous. so now I just feel like completely setting them out as far as my overall outlook on the facility.....everyday there were ambulance and police activity, the wifi does work if you take the time to call a 1-800 number and speak to someone you barely can understand and you give them your IP address from your device they will manually connect you at that time, but if you leave be ready to make that call again to reconnect to wifi......it's a joke!! I've never experienced anything like it at any hotel, motel air b&b nothing......the pool is not open elevator was not working. they are in process of remodeling as it appears so carpet is pulled from all hallways......I'm just disgusted w the overall guest experience now I'm out at least $300-400 to replace everything I lost that they claim to not have.....where did it go ?? they just threw in the trash ?? let their girlfriends go thru and take what they wanted......I mean it don't just disappear!! they had no right or reason to lie to me and in the end give me nothing.
