Hyatt Regency Milwaukee

Beautiful hotel. The agents at the front desk are kind, friendly and helpful. They had a room available for early check-in for me which was lovely.

Lovely area of Milwaukee. The valet is exceptionally friendly and is totally worth it! Check in went well and quick. The rooms very nice and comfortable. Definitely would recommend for both work overnigther or if you are looking to have a great time!

BED BUGS!!! Nothing like waking up to bed bugs crawling on the bed. Doesn’t matter how clean the room look/smell. Or even how good the location is. No thanks!

My brief stay at the Hyatt was wonderful. I had gr opportunity to explore the city from my location and the proximity to restaurants was whiten walking distance.

Bed bugs and spiders. Refused to give me a refund, moved me to another room with spiders. Customer service was awful, I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to watch baseball. This was a very nice hotel located downtown, close to the river walk and bars/restaurants. The room was very clean and well kept, comfortable bed, and a nice view of downtown Milwaukee. The fitness center was clean, had all the equipment I needed and empty. Apparently, nobody besides me exercises on vacation. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the river walk, walking distance (or a scooter ride) to Lake Michigan, lots of restaurants, bars, etc. a short walk away. The baseball stadium is only a short Uber ride away. The staff when checking in and out we're super friendly and helpful. The parking garage is right next door, you pay by the day and have in/out privileges. Overall, this was an excellent stay and I would definitely stay here again should I be in the area!

Decent hotel. Great location. Like the old school atrium design. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful- they were the best part. Would stay again!

Reserved our room with priceline. Showed up to check-in but was told they couldn't use my card for incidentals because it is a "3rd party card". Had to pay $30 for parking. Get up to the room and noticed one of the light bulbs was out and the TV wouldn't turn on. Called down to front desk and they said they'd send someone up. About 10 minutes later the employee showed up. He fixed the tv but didn't bring a lightbulb. My wife and I went out for drinks and when we returned, we ordered pizza. The staff refused to let the delivery driver up to our room and didn't inform us he was there. Because of the time it was ordered, i was told there was a possibility it wouldn't be delivered in which case I would be reimbursed. When I woke up in the morning, I saw a message from the driver explaining what happened. When I confronted the front desk about it, they informed me that the concierge put my order in the fridge.

Great location right by the Convention Center. Awful experience, though. For a “business class hotel” the WiFi service and the front desk service are deplorable. Never to come back again.

As great as the location and view is, I feel that the rate per night is a little high considering how the room looks dated. I’m happy to recommend this place to people visiting Milwaukee once the rooms are renovated. I’ve stayed in hotels around the same price point and in similar prime locations, they looked more modern.
