Quality Inn Wayne - Zona Fairfield

DON’T use this hotel if you are thinking of making reservation online via their website or any travel booking. The front desk “M” is very unfriendly, uncooperative, and will hang up on you the minute you call about your booking. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid the hassle and headache. The Ramada By Wyndham Fairfield NJ nearby to this hotel was kind, understood my situation and was able to situate me in a room right away giving me many options. Find a hotel with a front desk and staff that care. Not dismiss you and your concerns.

The room was clean and decent, the service was good however the location isn’t the best because it was pain getting here.

Low quality! Don't know how to properly integrate their hotel with booking apps. Don't waste your time. They are too incompetent for technology. I booked through Agoda, was traveling the whole day, and even though I paid 2 weeks in advance, they tell me they haven't been paid. Wasted my time for no reason

Very nice experience

The rooms at this location in Wayne are being maintained--under development. They are clean and well taken care of by the Housekeeping staff who are fastidious to a fault; always attentive and accommodating. Two of the desk staff are wonderful, the rest leave m7ch to be desired--unpleasant. The Manager, who did not seem to want to be identified, seems overwhelmed and not always very pleasant, although accommodating without "a smile". Courtesy is not a strong point here. Some are Rude! The security team IS AWESOME and that Is A Very Good Thing! You will be safe here. The grounds are a Delight, A Hidden Gem, next to a Mini Holf Facility I found quiet and undisturbed. There is m6ch in the area; malls, movies, shops, more if you a are adventurous. Plenty of places to explore. If your pallete is sensitive, as mine is, the grocery store is not far, as are a few choice places to eat. This is more an extended stay location, not a traditional hotel. Pricing changes daily, but once locked in it's easy. I also like that I could change my length of stay easily with cash or card or both. THAT is a big plus! I indeed recommend this location, just know it is not a 4 or 5 star hotel...BUT IT COULD BE! All the elements are there! Safe for children as well.

Found 2 bed bugs in my room at 3am… I was lying on the bed for hours just wow got video of that too

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hairdryer was broken, but the desk staff readily supplied a new one. The facilities did not seem well-maintained. I found an unused hypodermic needle in the closet. And at some point someone had made coffee by putting coffee packs in the water well of the brewer, which was a hassle to clean out so that I could make coffee. My travel companion's room was not as clean, and the a/c didn't work. He refused to stay a second night. I cannot in good faith recommend this motel.

This place has yet to give me my money back. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights each back in January for a trip in March . When I finally arrived from VA to the hotel in NJ the service was terrible and my father handicap room wasn’t available . So I left went to the Marriott but they are refusing to give me my money back . Like I had to pay double to stay somewhere else the least you can do is give me the 516$ dollars back .
