The lady at the front desk called our room at 10:15 pm while my young child was sleeping because their system erased my information?!!! How is that possible? When I checked in I provided my ID and credit card and she ran it. Additionally my card was on file because I booked online through their reservation system. Who calls someone with a young child so late at night?!! So disappointed. Will never come back here again. In fairness to the front desk lady, she seemed new. There really should be another staff or manager onsite to help the poor girl.

I had an amazing experience at this location. The breakfast was amazing, the pool was clean, rooms are well kept and clean. I will be staying here again and recommending to my family and friends!

This motel was not my favorite by far. So much so that we stayed only one night then switched to a different motel for the next night. Card keys didn’t work. I spent more time at the front desk than in my room. Breakfast was sad. Hot tub wasn’t hot. No pet area even though they want to charge extra. Super unpleasant stay.

I was disappointed with our stay this time. After calling to ensure there was a usable hot tub, getting the room, and changing into a bathing suit; imagine my disappointment to find it was closed. The room appeared to be clean. My phone accidentally fell under the bed. Upon retrieval I came upon significant dust and dirt; both under the bed and on the ledge of the nightstand. The air conditioner filter also seemed to be having a dirt issue. I typically like this hotel. Housekeeping needs to focus on some deep cleaning.

Where to start! Close to the freeway yet situated where you can’t hear traffic. There is an Arby’s and Burger King next door and a Starbucks half a block away. All walkable with an Exxon close too! I came in shopping for a reasonable room and rate. Kim at the front desk was wonderful to a point that I decided to stay. She did offer a senior discount but no pressure, just a friendly desk agent who thought we’d love the spacious room and comfortable beds. She took the time to explain Comfort Inn’s advantages. Who does that? What front desk clerk takes the time to actually sell a room? Well, I’m glad she did. The pool had plenty of action at 84 degrees and the hot tub temp was approx 102-104. There was a fitness center, coin laundry and breakfast room. The lobby was very inviting and the entire place was classy. And there is an elevator. I don’t understand why the rating online wasn’t higher. It rated 7.6 on Booking.com and deserves closer to 9. I have been writing reviews on Google since 2017. My career had me on the road almost 3 weeks per month, 10 months per year, for 30 years, and I’ve written a boat load of hotel reviews. I don’t think this hotel is underrated, I KNOW it is underrated. Kim was the lynch pin that made me pay attention and I’m glad I did.

Poor experience - booked two rooms here just for kids to use the pool on the way home from a camping trip. Was not disclosed at check in that pool was unavailable then kept checking back to see if going to open only to say closed for whole night and to check in morning. In the morning still not ready and had to leave with 4 disappointed kids. No refund or discount offered or accommodation for lack of an amenity paid for.

Wouldn't recommend for handicapped folks or anyone really. The room was a joke, it's not designed for ACA. you can't access the bathroom in the room because of the bathroom door swings the wrong way. To get into the bathroom you have to roll out into the hallway in your chair then back into the room and into the bathroom. The shower sprays all over the entire bathroom because it's broken. There's no mobility in the room if you're in a wheel chair. The pull out bed sofa had rodent shit mixed into the sheets when it was pulled out. The locking mechanism attached to the door frame is hanging on by a thread. Won't be coming back
