Sentral Sobro Nashville Hotel

Rooms are nice, clean, quite and have a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel has a rather good gym (for a hotel), with dumbbells going up to 50lbs, but the leg press has been broken for a long time

Getting into the facility was a frustrating experience. Get rid of the keypads!

The front desk was very good . The cleaning service was not. There were only 2 bath towels, one of which was ripped and stained, no face cloth and 1 hand towel and no soap in the shower. The front desk ladies apologized and quickly replaced the missing items.The water in the sink trickled out and the room wasn’t very clean. It is close(a few blocks) to Broadway . It is a very quiet location. The price is reasonable.

We spent 5 lovely nights here. Highly recommend. The building is new and modern. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind, and quickly solved minor requests. The apartment was thoughtfully designed. And very spacious for a couple. The plates are from Kate Spade/Lenox. There was no cutting board, I never use plates as a cutting board as eventually the plates get ruined, so that was a bit challenging. We did not do any serious cooking but the pots and pans were all new. An electric kettle would have been nice. It felt like a brand new place but it has been open a couple of years. It is very centrally located, SoBro means south of Broadway. Easy to walk to places, although it is also easy to turn down a street you wouldn't want to walk down at night. We used a lot of Uber and Lyft. We so much enjoyed having an apartment over a hotel room for the same cost. The internet was fast. The apartment was very clean. We will look for Sentral apartments now for any major city we visit. We used Booking.com which allows cancellations while Sentral website is non-refundable. We are seniors and need the flexibility. We prefer the space of an apartment, and Sentral has taken the concept to a new level. Thank you.

This could have been a good experience but it wasn't and it's directly attributable to bad process and bad management. I booked the hotel through the travel portal on my credit card. The Sentral Sobro website said they had EV charging on site, the price was reasonable for a hotel (I didn't know this place really isn't a hotel), and it is pretty close to music row. When I booked I got a confirmation that said I would get the check in details 24 hours before check in. Shortly after booking I sent an email asking about EV charging. I didn't get a response. A couple of days before check in I tried emailing and calling. The emails didn't get answered, some of the phone numbers were disconnect, and the phone numbers that did work went to a recording. On the day of check in I still hadn't gotten the check in information. I found a texting only number for Sentral and someone would reply to that in 5-10 minutes. That was the only way I had to communicate with Sentral. The first thing we figured out was they don't have EV charging on site. I asked them to propose a solution since I booked the room expecting EV charging based on misinformation on their website. I think solving a problem is not a strong point for them. The check-in email never came so via that text number and Google I figured out where to book parking. The check in process was ridiculous because you need to some specifics like where to go from the parking deck. None of that information was provided. I'm sure Sentral will reply to this with a bunch of fluff about customer service, your experience is important, and we strive for excellence. If they would read the one star reviews they would know exactly what to fix. Like I said up front this could have been an okay experience but misinformation and extreme lack of communication prevented that. As far as calling this a hotel it isn't. It's more like renting an apartment for two days from an offsite landlord without a working phone number. Also, bring anything you expect a hotel provide because if the little bit they provide runs out you are on your own (because it's not a hotel).

Very spacious suites with washer dryer and kitchenette. I stayed in room 320 and have a few words of caution for this unit: it is located directly across from the fitness center/pool and can be noisy at times; the walls are extremely paper thin and not noise proof - I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the unit next to me - the ironing board broke on its own when I removed it from the wall (I reported it but there was no reply back from the staff); if the fan is on the highest speed, it makes an annoying clanking sound. Overall it’s a good value in the city.

I want to thank Miss Nina and Brianna at the front desk. The customer service was all I needed. I would love to stay back at this place just because of those ladies at the front desk being nice thank you so much.

I couldn't wait to write my review. I was in town for 2 nights to attend Cece Winans in concert. I stayed @ Sentral..I took the 18 bus from the airport it's just $2 for 45 mins. The place is just 4 mins from the bus stop. Once I opened the door of my Studio...I was WOW!! It was very spacey from the entrance room kitchen to living room. Then bedroom to restroom and wash machines (OMG) Then there's the balcony. It was home away from home. I adore the place. Wished I was staying longer. I will definitely be back next year. Love, love, love this place...Thank you Sentral. Til next time....By the way- it takes 30 mins going back to the airport. Enjoy Nashville..

The stay was great. There wasnt a top sheet for the bed so that was a bummer and the shower wasnt great but location and the place itself was nice. Would stay again
