Ameritania Hotel at Times Square

I had an excellent experience thanks to Anabelle. She was outstanding at the front desk—professional, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to any questions throughout my stay, she made everything seamless and enjoyable. What really stood out was how she also took the time to ensure the hotel's wine hour was a success. She was attentive to guests, made everyone feel welcome, and helped create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's clear that she genuinely cares about guest satisfaction and goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Anabelle's exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and dedication made a lasting impression. Staying at this hotel was a great experience from the moment my husband and I walked through the door! Sergei was very friendly and accommodating - he gave us early check-in and a room upgrade (without us even requesting one!). We enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine before our brief walk down the street to a Broadway show that evening. Centrally located, clean rooms, and exceptional service. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent service and attention. We speak Spanish and were always able to communicate at the hotel thanks to Janeth. We are also grateful to Mohamed and Hugo who helped us from the moment we arrived at the front door.

We had a great stay at Ameritania. Pros: free glass of wine during Wine Hour from 5-6 daily. Free bottled water. The best staff ever! Large corner room with a cool view. Easy pickup location in front for cabs and Lyft. Accommodating for a large family group. Everyone had a great room and what they needed. Free coffee and tea every morning. Ice cold water available all day in the lobby. Large hotel bar with creative cocktails and a good wine selection. Cool snack spot on the same street with international snacks and different drinks. Location to everything! Cons: the room is outdated. The bathroom is smaller compared to another guest in our group. The cons don’t really matter compared to the incredible service and experience we had over the weekend. Thank you to Sergiy, Majid, Hugo, and Jeff for helping with our bags, calling rides, and great recommendations in the area. Also to Samira, the bartender, for helping us set up an NBA Finals game for our whole family. And to everyone that made our stay so enjoyable!

My last-minute stay at Hotel Ameritania at Times Square was nothing short of amazing. The front desk staff recognized us right away despite the late hour. He was incredibly courteous, welcoming, and ready to get us settled into our room quickly. Since it was almost midnight and we were exhausted, his kindness and professionalism made the experience even more appreciated. -Monica

3rd floor rooms seem outdated compared to 11th floor. Safe and shower extension was broken. Doors don’t seem sturdy. Beds seem outdated and very soft.Nothing special. No breakfast just coffee. Centrally located. AC was working.

All in all, a truly recommendable hotel in the heart of Manhattan. The location is perfect for sightseeing, the amenities are quite good (though the rooms are relatively small), and the service is excellent. I must especially commend Said and Majid, who made our stay so pleasant that we will definitely return. PS: Thanks, Majid, for sewing up my flying pillow. I'll always remember you fondly! ✨
