It was a fine room but during yesterday storm, water got into the room and damped a shirt I had. The other issue is that the AC sits in the window and water dripped to the unit which is a big risk. It was my biggest concern. Outside of that the hotel is in a great location, it just that this experience changed drastically my mind and I don't recommend the hotel at all anymore

Had maintenance come fix air conditioner twice. Then work up it was 90 degrees. They wouldn’t give money back. Or no compensation at all. All they did was keep telling me manager is not available. This place needs to be shut down. I never ever write a review on anything. I’m supper pissed

The hospitality is excellent, especially Jalal was incredibly friendly and very helpful, and there was a cozy American vibe. The property was also well-equipped with air conditioning.

The rooms are spacious enough, VERY clean, and the bed and pillows surprised me with how comfortable they were. Even though the room faces the street, it's very well soundproofed, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. As for the service, 5 stars isn't enough. When I made the reservation, I booked the wrong month. I called to see if anything could be done, since I booked with a promotional offer and couldn't cancel or change it. But the incredibly kind manager understood and corrected it for me. If that weren't enough, I would give it 10 stars if possible. I highly recommend this hotel. It's just steps from Central Park and Times Square, reasonably priced, very comfortable, and clean.
