We had a fantastic stay here for 2 days while on a work trip ! The room was clean and comfortable with so much to do and see near by ! All of the staff was so nice and accommodating! Thank you to Ed for making some core memories for our son and shout out to the front desk :Joey / Sahara / Leslie / Nick! They were stellar and always had a welcoming attitude!! Will definitely be back !
The hotel is super cute and I have stayed at other standards and have always been happy. My only small personal issue was not having a coffee maker in the room for morning coffee and room service doesn’t open until 0700. The other issue was having my room on the 8th floor which there is an outside bar close so it was very loud with music and partying - again super fun but trying to sleep was a little bit of a struggle. My view was amazing tho !
Excellent hotel in the best part of town to stay in Manhattan. Door man David was amazing with my kid & the rooms were super clean ! Hotel has a very cool New York vibe ! Beds very comfortable. Would definitely suggest it to people looking to stay in Manhattan.
Located in the heart of southern Manhattan, it is actually really helpful for anyone on a business trip to NYC.
The staff’s attitude was passive-aggressive, rude, and unwelcoming. Front desk interactions were especially unpleasant and rude.
Do not stay here if you want a good night’s sleep! The earplugs in the bathroom should have been a clue. Thank god I brought my own. But even with my heavy duty silicone plugs I could still hear the loud bass and music from the rooftop club. What horrible customer service that reception didn't say anything when we checked in with our Globalist status. The AC and bedding were also horribly subpar. Horrible night - so horrible that we left the hotel at midnight. We couldn't even stay the night. Do not book here!
