The location of the hotel is great, the staff was courteous but the rooms were no good. Once you leave the lobby, the hotel shows it's age. Stains on curtains, stains on rugs, the drains were slow going, the mattresses were floppy & cheap. The hotel is in need of a paint job & it's way over priced for what is being offered

Hotel with many problems First and foremost, the lack of helpfulness of the reception staff Large pieces of plaster fell from the ceiling in our room We had great difficulty changing rooms

Nothing like what the photos show in the description. The rooms smelled bad, the sink drains were clogged, and they didn't even leave any water in the rooms. I think it's disrespectful, especially since it's a bit pricey. I understand it's because of the location, but the service was a complete failure. 🥲

Apparently they care more about the lobby furniture than the condition of their rooms. The 10th floor we stayed on was atrocious, NOTHING like the pictures. Looked like it hadn’t been touched in 30 years. Staff at the desk was lovely though.

I booked this hotel because we wanted to be close to a concert we wanted to attend on weekend May 30th this year. . Boy, colossal mistake and my husband blamed me because we usually stay at the Hilton and never any complaints. I will start with the positive, staffing at front desk were excellent. When we got to room and realized outlets were not working, I texted with mgt and they did send someone while we went out to concert to fix lamp outlet on one side with the only nightstand table. Then only one other working outlet on same side, too far to plug anything else, unless you choose to put it on the dirty carpet. Then we asked for fridge and they brought it while out , along with an extra chair. No microwave or phone in a king size paid room—never had that issue before, at least they always had a fridge at minimum. Then we paid for parking included in hotel price. When we got to parking lot, attendant said that only applies if you park on check in day and never take car out till check out. We were dumbfounded, why would you come to a hotel and not used your car to go out. So every time we went out, we had to pay extra for them to get car for us, smh.
