My recent visit at HUSH was amazing! From the moment we walked in, the security team made everyone feel safe and comfortable with staff spread throughout the venue and always visible. The drinks were also reasonably priced, which made the night even better. Great vibes, great music, and an overall amazing experience. Will definitely be coming back again next week! Thank you HUSH, and Happy Pride!!!!! 🏳️‍🌈🎉

The security is insanely rude, as well as whoever the person who stands outside is. The vibe totally changed since last time I was there. Genuinely felt hounded by security it was just not fun.

Terrible customer service at the entrance It is perfectly understandable that an entertainment venue must follow strict security protocols, but basic manners are non-negotiable. The way the female security guard treated me upon arrival was completely unacceptable. There are proper ways to address potential customers at a nightclub, and this employee's arrogant, overbearing, and haughty attitude today left a lot to be desired. This was supposed to be my first time visiting the venue, but thanks to her terrible treatment, I decided to turn around and take my business elsewhere. I strongly suggest you urgently provide your staff with customer service training and lessons on how to treat people properly. Thanks for nothing!

I visited and asked for soda water. The water from tap, but carbonated. They provided this in a tiny plastic cup. They charged me $4+tax for this.
