FLEX NYC

FLEX opened in 2025 at 405 West 51st Street, taking over the corner space that had been the beloved Posh for nearly two decades and leaning into that legacy. It's a Hell's Kitchen gay bar in the classic mould — a welcoming street-level room with a second-floor space, drag and theme nights, and a crowd that spills over from the surrounding gay blocks. The programming mixes piano and show-tune nights with later DJ sets, keeping one foot in the old Posh spirit while building its own identity on one of the gayest corners in the city.
