CUT by Wolfgang Puck

My wife and I recently hosted our first Sunday brunch at CUT New York, inviting six of our closest friends in the city. Valeria took wonderful care of us—warm, attentive, and gracious throughout. As longtime admirers of Wolfgang Puck's restaurants since our years in Beverly Hills, it was a pleasure to experience the same outstanding hospitality, cuisine, and atmosphere in New York. Please extend our sincere thanks to Valeria and the entire team. We look forward to returning for dinner soon.

Stopped in on Father’s Day for a brunch and restaurant was surpassingly not busy yet service was average. Lobster roll had too much mayo and service was slightly slow. Nice vibe with good cocktails but overall average for the neighborhood

THE BEST HALAL EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD. Our waiter was just beyond amazing. Sam I believe was his name. Kind and generous guy who served us really well and accommodated us by informing us what’s halal and not. I would promote this guy just because of his kindness. Thank you! Will definitely come back again when we’re in town.

I used to love this place, but I was really disappointed in my last dinner. Everything was so-so and when you’re paying up, so-so is a no-no. Nothing felt special about it—from the ambiance to the main course. My salmon was really oily and my friend’s steak was inedible. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I’m hoping that it will be helpful datapoint for management. I love Wolfgang and have faith that the restaurant can level it up.

I decided to check out CUT by Wolfgang Puck, as I used to eat at the London location regularly when I lived there. I didn’t have a reservation, but the team couldn’t have been friendlier and seated me immediately. Dani and her colleague looked after me throughout the evening and is a real credit to the restaurant. I ordered a main course, but they kindly sent out oysters to start. The steak was cooked to perfection, and when I asked for the check, completely satisfied with the meal, the team insisted I try the cheesecake as well. The food, service, and overall experience were the best I’ve had at a steakhouse in New York. I would highly recommend a visit, and I’m genuinely grateful to the team at CUT for making it such a memorable evening.

Great service.... Food was a little too rich with butter but if that's what you like then great. Service was outstanding... Very attentive. Would definitely go back and of course recommend the place.

Great ribeye. It’s nothing out of this world but what you expect for the price. Sides were awesome. Especially the cream spinach. Service was all very nice.
