Hilton Garden Inn North Little Rock

I recently visited the Hilton Garden Inn in North Little Rock for a job fair featuring the newly opening Faymonville production plant, and it was a great experience overall. The facility was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made a big difference with the number of people attending. The staff was professional and helpful, keeping everything running smoothly throughout the event. The atmosphere felt welcoming and well put together, which reflected positively on both the venue and the companies involved. Parking was convenient, and the location was easy to find. Overall, it was a great choice for hosting an event like this, and I’d definitely consider coming back for future events or even a stay.

Very nice front desk clerk, however Hilton is clearly now in the business of nickle and diming guests. Charging for parking is ridiculous, huge empty parking lot and not conspicuously posted at the check out page when booking the room.

Check in was a breeze, the lady working the front desk was amazing. I didn’t catch her name but our stay was 3-29-26. She was so helpful and kind and courteous. Made our long trip from Ohio to Texas easier. Will definitely stay here again while traveling back and forth from Ohio to Texas.

Rooms are normal Hilton Garden, the Service by the staff was fine, and it's a good location. However, this is not a downtown area short on parking and I didn't notice the parking fee on the app... sort of ticks me off for a normal hotel parking lot and get charged $10. I usually always get the food/beverage credit over the bonus 750 points, especially when traveling for work and having limited time. This is the only Hilton Garden I've seen that charged $6 for a Coke!! With the parking fee and a coke price higher than Atlanta airport... they can have it!! I'll never stay here again or any other hotel owned by this particular group. I'm all for people making profit, I want to make profit when I work as well; however, I can make a very good profit and not take advantage of people. If you take advantage of me, I'll let you know what I think the only way possible... spend my money with someone else!

Tv had no on air channels available. Room smelled musty. Very poor representation from Hilton for a $250 room 1 night stay. Pass thru Little Rock frequently. Wull stay elsewhere next time.

Beautiful clean property. Super nice staff. Note that there is no free breakfast and parking is $20.00 per night for an outside lot with no fence and little lighting. Wish I had paid closer attention when booking and would have stayed in a different Hilton property.

The breakfasts were excellent! The bartender & grill Chef were marvelous. Unfortunately, one of us got sick from the flatbread pizza! We were glad to be in the area where we met. So we enjoyed the view of McCain Mall!

We had to come to the area for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and we always try to choose Hilton! This Hilton was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces! Carol was wonderful and super helpful anytime we asked for anything! We will definitely be back! Hotel is clean and spacious!

Lots of good things to say about this hotel. Especially the people who were very friendly and helpful. I am not sure what the occasion was but they did not have the room I reserved. We were "upgraded" to a two-queen suite (208). I am not sure if all suite rooms were like this but there was a front room off the hallway that was dimly lit, had no tables and only a footstool, besides a small counter for a 32" TV. We sat there for a while but it was pretty depressing. I was not sure if it was used for storage when they are not full. The rest of the room was fine with big counters in the bedroom part. Breakfast was good and overall the hotel was clean and attractive. Hilton does not have a feedback option on their website.
