Top notch service. Friendly owner, staff, and guests. Safe neighborhood. 15 minute walk to restaurant area. Hot tub, pool, wifi, shower.... everything works great.

It was second time we stayed at Arizona Sunburt resort. Tim is nice man, friendly, great host,and Mike is helpful, nice man...Room was cleaned, changed towls everyday....Pool and hot tub is great. I love it and come back again for hiking next.... I high recommend thsi resort to any men .... I love you Tim.....lol

Tim was a great host. We felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable. He had a nice variety of snacks, breakfast items, and drinks. The location was perfect, in walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The pool and hot tub was a nice treat.

We spent 3 days in February at this gay oasis and loved it. Our room was large and well appointed and only steps from the heated pool. I highly recommend it to other gay travelers. We'll stay there again next time we're in Phoenix

My partner and I stayed last weekend and had a fantastic time! The owner, Tim, made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. I felt more like a houseguest than someone just renting a room. There are thoughtful little touches all throughout the property and it was spotlessly clean! The property is small enough that you get to interact with the other guests. Every morning my partner and I would have coffee with other guests by the pool. It's in a great location with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops close by. We've already booked our next stay!
