TownePlace Suites by Marriott Toledo Perrysburg

Super friendly staff on both day shift and night, nice rooms, and was in the perfect location when my semi truck broke down nearby and they didnt have the part for 3 days. Huge thanks to everybody here that worked with us on getting us 3 rooms at 3:30 in the morning and for staying flexible with us.

I booked multiple rooms last week for a family event and as a platinum Elite member, requested the 4 PM late check out option online. Check- in itself was uneventful; however, my experience the following day with one of the front desk members was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The employee was rude, dismissive and demanded that I leave the room immediately. When I inquired why I had not been informed earlier that late check out was not available, she falsely claimed she had personally told me. She later changed her statement and said, " I thought I told you, "Despite the fact I had no prior interaction with her at all. to make matters worse. I was charged $258 for another day around 1 pm. For the stay, I almost used 100,000 Marriott points, but the rude attitude, lack of professionalism and handling of this situation created a very negative impression significantly affected what should have been a pleasant family event stay.

I love staying here, the newest and most recent hotel, surrounded by a newly built community and plaza. The workers are nice, specifically Crystal and Wendy the evening shift desk workers are absolutely the nicest and most friendly people I’ve ever met! They legit accommodate anything I could possibly need/want or at the very least try their best to. One gripe I have about this place is the open shower design, as the floor often gets wet without a floor towel as a shower mat. The rooms are comfy and spacious, like a mini bachelor pad apartment, having everything you need to cook. There are some minor incidents that have happened such as electrical problems, water issues, elevator repairs, that has been resolved as quickly as possible as this has only been built last April 2026. Overall I rate my experience with them(a total of 3 weeks) extremely pleasant and I honestly don’t want to go home!

This newer hotel was nice & quiet.. The room was clean, the staff was polite and there was a relaxing vibe. It was just what I needed after months of family illness & sadness. The area has many walkable places to eat & shop. Thank you Marriot for a wonderful stay. Jackie S.

My stay was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. I checked in on May 1st around 10 PM after a long workday, and the front desk staff was immediately rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the information I was given beforehand did not match what I was told at check-in, which was frustrating and misleading. I’ve stayed with Marriott many times and have never experienced this level of poor treatment. To make matters worse, the deposit policy felt inconsistent and unfair. It seemed like the amount charged was not standard and may have been based on appearance, which is very concerning. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and not what I expect from a brand I’ve trusted in the past.

I travel a lot for business in the Perrysburg/Toledo area -This property is one of the nicest Marriott properties I have stayed at ! Great Location , Amazing Staff , clean, new rooms .
