My wife and I had an amazing stay here. The custom themed room was extremely pleasant, very clean, and clearly well cared for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were fantastic from start to finish. Everything about our experience was great, and we felt comfortable the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable stay.

The Black Swan Inn was a very fun place to stay, celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed the intricate and elaborate detail of the room. The artistic creativity of the design was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Just a fun place to stay. And the breakfast burritos were great.

The room was great. The breakfast upgrade was well worth it.

My Wife and I have stayed here a few times. Each time was an amazing experience. The room are awesome and well built. The tubs are huge and the steam shower was very relaxing. The upgraded breakfast was good and worth the twenty bucks. Highly recommend for a relaxing staycation.

The room was very nice with fun decor. The sparkling cider was delicious. The setting was peaceful and serene. We also enjoyed the company of our goldfish roommate in his beautiful waterfall home. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We look forward to staying there again! Wonderful experience! We've recommended it to family and friends and so far they have also had a good experience. Thank you!

Hidden gem, if you’re traveling through Pocatello - stay here. We were hosting a dinner event in town and found this through Google search - pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the room and the value for the price. This would easily cost double in a large city. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - large tubs, comfortable bed, located in the heart of Pocatello.

Absolutely fabulous! We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. The staff was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond! Abby gave us a private tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed in the Mayan and it truly is breath taking and unique. The murals are beautiful and the artistic decor is stunning. They served us a nice homemade breakfast burrito with lots of other options too go with it. We enjoyed our stay immensely and intend to stay again any time we travel through Pocatello.

Stayed in the Arabian nights suite, it was actually much bigger than the website made it look. Great location across from a little park for a romantic walk, front desk guy was very professional and even walked us to our room so we knew where it was!
