The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional assistance.

The room was great and host accommodated everything we needed. We were walking distance to everything in P town and had a great stay.

This is our 2nd year in the Rose apt. It is the most comfortable and well appointed unit we have ever had the pleasure of renting. The bed is comfy, the kitchen fully stocked and best of all, 1/2 block to commercial street. We love it and will keep coming every year!

My wife and I enjoyed a great 3 day stay with our two small dogs. The room (#9) was a great choice for our dogs, it was quiet and cool and they slept while we were able to enjoy P'Town. The inn also sets out a very nice breakfast and offers a happy hour in the afternoon! The location is excellent, it is a very short walk to anything on Commercial St.

Stayed for a week in July and it was absolutely perfect. Had room 2 which was very spacious with amazing views. Had its own full bathroom and a great sunroom with screened in windows. Lost track how much time I spent out there. In room refrigerator and butler pantry. Housekeeping was very nice and thoroughly cleaned the room every day. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

We recently stayed at the Prince Albert Guest House for five nights. You can’t ask for a better location when staying in Provincetown. It’s conveniently located across the street from the Boat Slip and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in town. Checking in and out was organized and simple. The room was clean and included a Keurig coffee maker and fridge. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and high quality. The Prince Albert offers a terrific continental breakfast that includes an assortment of coffee, tea, juices, bagels, English muffins, cereal, yogurt, fresh berries, and more. We enjoyed breakfast while sitting on the patio at the front of the house. It’s a great place to people watch. The front patio includes a cozy fire pit that we enjoyed on several cool evenings. There’s also a patio area at the back of the house for guests to enjoy. Guests staying at the B&B were personable and friendly. A suggestion would be for the guest house to host a Happy Hour to provide the opportunity to socialize in the evening. We look forward to our next stay and highly recommend the Prince Albert Guest House for others.

Paul the host and owner was the absolute best. He was so pleasant, the room was immaculate, the location was awesome, the cleaning women who were stocking the kitchen were also very helpful. The also had electric bikes in the back courtyard to rent at a much better price than the local bike stores. We stayed at several locations in Provincetown over the last few years, and this by far is the best.

Location was perfect. Room smelled "ultra" clean upon arrival. We arrived early and the cleaning ladies were wonderfully helpful allowing us to store our bags and assist with parking the car. Self serve breakfast was extremely well stocked and fresh. Our dog was welcomed not just at the PA guest house but practically everywhere which was a great bonus. It was strange to never have met the owners, however we did only stay one night. We will absolutely stay again and for more days next time. Great trip, can't wait to do it again! What a beautiful gem of a B&B. Perfect location and our room had a very comfortable King bed. The screened in porch was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful place to be! Spacious and extremely clean bedrooms, great aesthetics and architecture. The building even if it is 100 old, is so well maintained that looks and smells like new! Owners are wonderful people and how they couldn’t with such a lovely place! For sure I’ll come back!
