We need this. I’m absorbing the gay. No app can create the spirit, the ambience, of coming together to share a space. I’ve been missing this for a very long time and here, at last, I’ve found it again.

Huge fan here! Whether a cocktail, mocktail, dancing, incredible DJs, low energy, high energy, meeting friends or solo, I’ve enjoyed myself every time I’ve visited Flora. Truly a slam dunk.

Flora is everything Rochester’s been waiting for! It’s a warm, unapologetically queer space where you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Their cocktail creations are absolutely top-tier—beautiful, creative, and worth every sip—plus, if you’re more into beer, the rotating craft selection is equally stellar. They also host amazing dance parties—house, techno, disco—every weekend. Flora isn’t just a bar; it’s a true community hub. I’m beyond grateful for this gem in our city!

A place for the entire rainbow community and their allies. You’ll see all ages, genders, skin colors, and orientations in the crowd. A strong community feel with an air of inclusivity. There are about 7 different styles of seating, making it easy to have exactly the vibe you want for your night. There is something for everyone. SO thankful to have a spot like this with a dedicated dance floor under a sparkling disco ball. Our city is also very fortunate to be home to many accomplished DJs many of whom you can see behind the Decks on a regular basis. It’s even a great spot to even show up solo! Just be a little brave and say hello the crowd is always incredibly friendly. This isn’t just a bar, it’s a community space, we are blessed and highly favored to be able to experience it together.
