i love it here. long wait time but well worth it! i’ve never had my blood drawn before and i went here to get it done, the guy who did it (i can’t remember his name!!) was so nice and i didn’t even feel it when he poked me. only took him one try!

They are very professional and caring

I can only say that as a health institution it is the worst, they do not operate properly, they have no internal control, the health protocols are not followed. I do not have a good experience with that place as a patient, I had to request a transfer from the center because my health was at risk, so I do not recommend it to anyone.

Metro performs like an old school doctor’s office – they’re patient with their patients, spend plenty of time explaining every aspect of medical care, are compassionate and competent, and highly attuned to their patients’ needs during these modern times. If you want an experience that is outside the main stream and focuses on “the rest of us“, Metro Inclusive Health is the gold standard in Tampa Bay.

Excellent staff

Can’t say enough good things about metro. Primary care with Elisa is always so easy and she has always been so understanding with my anxiety surrounding doctors offices since I first started going here years ago. She is very patient with me and makes sure I feel comfortable. I also do therapy through metro with Laura, who I cannot say enough good things about. Having someone who listens, sees you and helps you get through your toughest moments without judgement is invaluable. I have overcome so many obstacles and grown so much as a person since starting therapy with her. Overall I absolutely love metro and am so grateful I found your office.

I have been to many locations with them over the past few years and it’s been a great experience everytime. Everyone is so friendly and the care I’ve received with metro has been nothing short of the best in my opinion. I recommend metro to everyone I know. From primary care, sexual health, mental health all my needs have been met and expectations exceeded. Love metro and will continue to support the things they do!
