Quality Inn Alexis Rd

I have been a loyal guest of this hotel for over six years and even lived at this location for several months during the COVID period. Because of my long history with this property, I was disappointed by my recent experience. I went to the front desk to request clean linens after starting my monthly cycle. I was informed that I would need to wait until the following morning when housekeeping staff would be available in the front area. During the conversation, I was asked what happened to the sheets, and I explained that there was blood on them. I was then told that my deposit would be taken because of the condition of the sheets. I was surprised and concerned by this response. At the time of my request, the sheets were not permanently stained, and I do not believe a routine situation such as this should automatically result in the loss of a guest’s deposit. More importantly, I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable by the way the matter was handled. I am requesting that management review this situation and clarify the hotel’s policy regarding linen replacement and deposit charges. As a long-time guest, I expected a more professional and understanding response.

The women at the desk very disrespectful, always issues when booking online. Room is smoking but it is dirty. Fairly cheap but dont expect much. no USB ports in room.

Over 200$ for a single night for my wife and I. You do not offer enough to charge that. You'll never see my cash

The staff was great The Manager is great and very attentive. The rooms were very clean and I was here for 5 days. Place is very quiet and I will definitely keep coming back.

The hotel itself has seen better days; the facilities and rooms are a bit shabby, but I must commend the helpful staff. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast—as a visitor from Europe, I’m used to a somewhat different standard. Although the room was shabby, it was clean and tidied regularly. There is plenty of parking. I have a minor complaint about the laundry room—you need cash to use it; you can’t pay by card 👎 Overall rating—don’t expect luxury, but functional and clean rooms at a relatively decent, fair price.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. it is horrible when I got there there was already people screaming, cursing and when I was about to go inside to get to my room, you didn’t even have to use your card because the door was already unlocked and right when you went up the stairs, it smells like straight weed, and there was stuff on the bedsheets and the walls were shaking all night and there was music playing And when I woke up, there was a drunk person on the stairs with a blanket. I’m telling you do not go.
