Great location. Beds & pillows extremely comfortable.

Nice and roomy rooms. Only bad thing is they were working on the heat and all the rooms were cold.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower was a bit small but it was function. Love that the hotel has fountains to refill my water bottle. The south market is a welcome relief for meals.

We stayed here during a convention. The rooms are big enough for a family. The beds are comfortable. I loved that it was connected to the convention center. There was a microwave by the vending machines so my picky kid could have mac and cheese. The only cons are the small fridge and no free breakfast, but that is to be expected at a convention hotel. We have been going to our national convention in a variety of states and this hotel is one of the best we've been to!

Justin at the front desk is amazing! He goes above and beyond and he’s one of the nicest people I’ve talked to! Great attitude, Great service, and I think he should be promoted!

The hotel was clean, however the service, with the exception of front desk was less to be desired. We went to breakfast which was included in our room price and the host told us that they no longer offered this. She was extremely rude and persistent so we went to the front desk. An employee from the front desk walked us over to the dining area personally and told the hostess there was such a thing and it was part of our hotel stay. The hostess continued to be rude and directed us as to where we should go to eat. With no direction or welcome to be seated we walked around for 5-10 minutes to find someone to tell us what we should do. Waiters passed by us for 30 minutes until one stopped to take our order. I would think that a 4 star hotel would have better service, staff and courtesy towards their customers. I’m quite disappointed and will not recommend or stay at the hotel again.

Lots of people checking in but the staff was organized and efficient. Great job! Room is spacious and comfortable.

I would recommend avoiding the bell service unless you specifically need it. My experience was extremely frustrating and felt more like harassment than hospitality. I politely declined assistance at least five separate times. First, I was asked if I needed help with my luggage—I said, “No, thank you.” Then I was asked if I needed a luggage cart, and again I declined. The bell attendant then followed me to the entrance, asking where I was going and reminding me that I could only leave my car for 10 minutes. I acknowledged that I understood the policy. After I checked in, he approached me again and asked if I needed help bringing my luggage in. I declined once more. He then followed me back to the entrance and again reminded me that I couldn’t leave my car unattended. I explained that I understood the 10-minute policy and was simply dropping my luggage in the lobby with my family before immediately moving the vehicle. Instead of leaving it there, he continued explaining security procedures and insisted that I hand over my car keys, even though I was only going to be inside for about 30 seconds. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced bell staff who were this persistent. What should have been a smooth arrival became an uncomfortable and stressful interaction. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome, not pressured.
