Hotel Savoy Suites

Savoy Suites is an excellent place to stay with family. Its near to Burjman Centre and have good connection with Taxi, metro to other places. There was not much selection in Breakfast as Buffet was not available. Over all the staff and stay was excellent.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I would like to sincerely commend the hotel concierge team for their outstanding service. Special thanks to Prakash, who went above and beyond in assisting me with my reservation. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to let me check the rooms not only in the Savoy Suites but also in other Savoy branches. He is very friendly, accommodating, respectful, and extremely professional. The same appreciation goes to Altaf, who is just as attentive and detailed as Prakash. Both of them are always ready to help with anything you need and make sure every detail is taken care of, which truly made our stay stress-free and comfortable. I would also like to specially mention Manar, who kindly assisted us with carrying our belongings to our room and to our car upon arrival and during checkout. His help and consideration were greatly appreciated. The whole experience was amazing because of these exceptional staff members who genuinely care for their guests. They truly deserve recognition and to be rewarded for their dedication and excellent service. I deeply appreciate all the help, effort, and consideration they gave us. Thank you so much. I will definitely reserve again in the future.

Me and my family had a wonderful time in Savoy Hotel. Great hospitality, staff members are adorable and really helpful. Also had every morning a great breakfast thanks to the chef and the entire staff. Pool and rooms are really spacious and clean. Thanks for making our vacation in Dubai memorable 🩷🫶🏽

Very good location with all the required facilities for a family to enjoy Dubai vacation !! Staff are very helpful and cordial and are ready to provide any help and support !! Best place to be at Dubai !! Location wise , ambience wise .

Stayed at Savoy Suites in May 2026 and had a great experience throughout. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were excellent — always friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and key areas in Dubai. Overall, a very pleasant stay and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again. 5/5 stars.

I am currently living in here now its been 2 weeks very good experience. Room service and house keeping service is really good especially the house keeping guy Rahul Rawat he is very polite and helpful guy.

We have been staying at this hotel apartment for more than a month, and overall our experience has been very good. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it suitable for a long term stay. The facilities provided are convenient, and the environment is calm and welcoming. The staff has been consistently supportive and responsive to our needs, which has made our stay even more pleasant. A special mention goes to Veera Prathap he is a very good guy. His friendly nature and helpful attitude, especially in his role as a waiter, make us feel more like we are staying in a good place. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable long term accommodation.

Exceptional Stay – Felt Like Home Initially decided to stay for 14 days but we extended for one month because of service and hygiene and couldn’t have asked for better. Check-in was smooth, room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Loved the attention to detail – fresh towels daily, quick housekeeping, and the location made exploring Dubai so easy. Breakfast had great variety too. Gym and pool also available..Highly recommend! *Outstanding Service by Prathap* Prathap made our starting days very smooth at the hotel. He was attentive without hovering, recommended dishes that were perfect for us, and checked in just enough to make sure everything was great. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job – polite, quick, and made us feel welcome. Service like this is why we feel to continue here. Thanks to management for having right staff to make our stay comfortable.
