Crew Club

A pretty nice experience. The staff might a little bit cold but that's not a deal breaker for me. The sauna room both dry and wet is decent, though I wish they can get a traditional one with hot stone, herb and water that people can add once in a while. The play room is fine, nothing stellar But I got to meet a lot of interesting people to say the least, very enjoyable Update: Facility: it's still ok as usual, it's a little bit weird that both of the wet and dry sauna broke down during pride, hope they fix it soon. I also wish they add more seats and equipments in the play room Employees: some of them are really nice and i think one guy in there like me, or maybe he extra flirty, idk People: it can be hit or miss, that's the nature of the club. Some night you can hit a jackpot with all sorts of interesting people, some are just unlucky and you just go home empty handed. I'm not mad about that

Cameron is soooo welcoming and amazing and everytime I come I’m very very happy that he’s here. He makes this place such a welcoming place and make me feel at ease.

I visited a gay sauna called Crew Club in Washington, DC. As far as I know, it’s the only sauna of its kind in the city. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The place lacked any real sauna atmosphere. It was actually very cold inside, which is completely the opposite of what you would expect. People were walking around in regular clothes instead of towels because of how cold it was. The only thing warm in the entire place was the water coming from the taps. For a city like Washington, DC, it’s honestly quite embarrassing that a venue like this operates at such a low standard. I’ve visited many gay saunas around the world — in Thailand, Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Brussels, Paris, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Turkey, the Netherlands, and more — and I have never seen such illogical rules as in Crew Club. One of the most unnecessary aspects is that they charge an additional membership fee. The only positive thing I can mention is that the staff were kind and friendly. Overall, this is definitely not a place to spend your time, and I would not recommend it at all. In Washington, DC, going to bars makes much more sense. A better option would be renting a nice hotel room and meeting people at bars, then inviting them there. Also, as mentioned, the entire place is cold, and alcohol is strictly prohibited. You cannot bring drinks from outside either, as bags are checked at the entrance

The crew club as a place is pretty much clean and the stuff as always been nice,friendly as long as I been going. Now for the clientele depending on how you look your experience is different. If u are hot,gym body or model looking of course you will get action. If you are average looking or below" going by what i seen over the years" u can get look over. I had my share of fun and I had my share of no fun so that how it is. Sometimes I feel a racist vibe is in the air,but I can't prove that so I can't a accuse anyone of that. Although the place for the most is mostly white men looking g for other white men it just a preference I guess. When I go I just open i fine guys who are thier for fun and not hang up on looking for the perfect guy,which dose from time to time. So I am an average or below black man and I know what to expect when I go.

My visit here was a disappointment. The facility itself is nice and offers good amenities, but unfortunately all of that is overshadowed by the horrendous staff. In particular, the general manager seems eager for confrontation, rarely listens to customers, and treats them like sources of revenue rather than people. I misplaced my locker key, which is something that can happen in a place like this. However, instead of handling the situation reasonably, I was penalized, pressured to pay additional fees, and made to feel bullied and shamed. No one is interested in taking a locker key home, and housekeeping typically finds misplaced keys at the end of the day or night. There is no justification for punishing customers in such a pitiful and aggressive manner. I found the staff to be inconsiderate, lacking empathy, quick to escalate situations, and enforcing abusive policies. It almost felt as though they were desperate to squeeze more money out of customers. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Business Bureau regarding this matter. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate by effectively extorting their clients. Customers are your bread and butter. Learn to treat people with kindness, fairness, and basic respect.

Of all the bath house experiences throughout my travel, this one is the best. Generally, the amenities are clean, with sauna, and everything is so lit. So far, no issues for lining up, and also with my small bag unlike my other experience from other bathhouse in another major city which has very condescending customer service. In addition, jam packed with 🔥 💪 so amazing.

Was there on a Thursday even though the steam room wasn’t working sauna was ..the rooms are kind of small but had the best time and they gave me a room with no up charge which was good and the maze room and other room was good dark room I do believe got nothing but respect from the workers was used really good

Im updating my review based on my recent visits. To be fair, some things have improved since my review several months ago. General sanitation appears better than before, and I have not personally witnessed aggressive door knocking during recent visits. However, multiple serious issues remain. One of the most disruptive problems is the use of loudspeaker announcements throughout the entire club. Staff regularly make time-expiration announcements over the speaker system at a volume that is completely inappropriate for an intimate environment. These announcements are clearly audible in private and sexual spaces and abruptly interrupt what guests are doing. The tone often sounds commanding or overly familiar rather than neutral and respectful. This happens regularly, especially in the evenings, and seriously damages the atmosphere. The current situation with the showers is another major issue. During my visit, I only learned inside the club that the showers were not working. According to staff, they are expected to remain closed for several more weeks. I did not see any clear warning about this at the entrance or during check-in. For a sex club, access to showers is a basic hygiene requirement. Bathroom access continues to be problematic. The club has only three toilets total: two without sinks and one private toilet with a sink. That single private toilet is frequently unavailable and sometimes used for other purposes, leaving guests without privacy or proper handwashing options. Basic amenities are still missing. Bathrooms do not have towel hooks, forcing guests to place towels on questionable surfaces or hold them. There are also no clear, consistent standards for lighting, steam room temperatures, or music. Conditions vary depending on which staff member is on duty. Music volume and style change arbitrarily, and steam rooms and lighting are inconsistent from visit to visit. Another ongoing concern is personal boundaries during bag checks. Staff sometimes handle personal and intimate items with bare hands instead of asking guests to show items themselves or using gloves. Some improvements have been made, but the lack of policies, consistency, and respect for atmosphere remains a serious problem.
