Triangle Project

Triangle Project is Cape Town's main LGBTIQ+ support organisation. Its office is at 2-4 Seymour Street in Observatory. It runs a health clinic, counselling, support groups, research and a needle and syringe programme. It's a service organisation, not a social venue. The helpline (021 712 6699) runs from 13:00 to 21:00, and the office number is 021 422 0255. Google gives weekday hours of 09:00 to 15:00, so phone ahead or check triangle.org.za for clinic and group times before you go.
