Novotel Surfers Paradise
Visitors frequently praise the Novotel Surfers Paradise for its excellent location, close to the beach, shops, and transport. However, some guests have reported issues with cleanliness in rooms and at the buffet breakfast, while others found the shower pressure poor and rooms dated.

Everything is great.
Stayed here on a solo trip and found it to be great value for money. The room and bathroom have been nicely refurbished, and I had a lovely ocean view. The location is excellent, with the beach, Woolworths and plenty of dining options all within easy walking distance. There was an issue with a blocked shower drain, but it was attended to immediately by the hotel. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.
Staff is very helpful specially yash and rahul at the reception
Mr Rahul and yash gave a fantastic service and very co operative, thank you so much .
Great location and great staff
Located in a prime location on the Gold Coast's central pedestrian street, the rooms upstairs offer breathtaking ocean views, while downstairs are conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist facilities, and Surfers Paradise beach is just steps away. Although the hotel is only 4-star, it offers surprisingly good value for money! A very satisfying night.
Want to say amazing thank you to staff. Making husband birthday that little extra special with cupcake, wine & chocolates. As usual always going above & beyond service wise. Would 100% recommend novotel surfers paradise for families, short trips or specials events.
