For lifetime Titanium members, the Executive Lounge is a prestigious and tranquil space for Platinum members and above. Infants and toddlers should not be allowed in; the constant crying and screaming made it impossible to speak with guests. The enclosed environment became awful. While the child was innocent, I cannot condone the parents and grandparents allowing the crying and even shouting. It looked like a street stall. I hope your hotel will implement some kind of restriction (many hotels have such restrictions).

I visited on a business trip a long time ago. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly.

Hotel was grand and well equipped. Room was spacious and deserving of the name grand Sheraton.

I am not sure what was wrong with the front office but after a long day of travel, I had to wait 40 minutes for the front desk to make copy of my passport. The check in was very slow
