Overall food is acceptable. Food presentation is quite nice. The appetizer was nothing special, the cod fish was a bit salty for my taste but they explained it as umami taste (it is only pleasant savory taste if the person eats it finds it pleasant or else is just plain saltiness). Chicken was tender unfortunately the skin is not crisp enough, but the side dish was very good. The cured yellow tail and their bakery is the best from the whole dining experience. The bakery of theirs is actually on an exceptional level compared to most restaurants in similar price levels. Service wise is a mix feeling, all staff are quite professional but some staff member are friendly than the others. Atmosphere wise is comfortable seating even the restaurant is small, it doesn’t feel overly crowded. Price wise for its quality, it is in the higher end.

Everything was amazing but the soup was really sensational!

This is a rare find in Hong Kong, serving Scandinavian cuisine. Every dish was outstanding, especially the cod. The smoky flavor combined with the freshness of the meat was amazing. The beef tenderloin, on the other hand, was just average; it was tasty but not particularly special. The head chef and other staff were very patient in explaining the dishes as they were served. The restaurant isn't large, but the ambiance is quite nice.

An overall 5-star experience: exceptional food, stellar service, and an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant’s Gubbröra is DEFINITELY a MUST-try!!!

Nordic fine dining that actually understands what Nordic means. White asparagus with caviar was the dish of the evening. Quail perfectly rested. A wine programme built entirely around small-production Danish and Swedish wines, chosen with conviction. The Kullaberg dessert wine alone is worth the visit.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
