Room is clean and bed is comfortable thank you for guru

Poor crowd management in this covud situation

Room Standards are well maintained by hotel staff. Specially with kids, when rooms gets messy everyday, although room service was done to perfection. our room 527 was well maintained throughout our stay. My daughter always left her earrings on floor next to bed in deep corner, hard to see but it was always noticed by room service employee guru. Used clothes were folded. Professional !!

Room is very clean and comfortable Mr. Samiran

Hey we stayed in hotel Novotel and I must appreciate the housekeeping staff specially Manohar and Rani they went out of the way to help me which is really admirable. Breakfast buffet spread is also elaborate and tasty and chef and staff are always asking and customising the food according to one’s request which is highly appreciated. Our overall experience is very good.

Room is very comfortable and clean bed guru is very helpful
