Visitors praise the hotel's excellent ambience, food, and friendly staff, with specific mentions of good service at Restaurant Earth. However, some guests found the food and drinks to be overpriced, and one reviewer reported a serious safety issue with a ceiling collapse in their room.

この場所について Hotel Stars
Hotel Stars is a basic mainstream budget hotel in Masjid Bandar, near Masjid station on Mumbai's Central Line. It is listed here as gay-friendly, which in practice means nothing more than an ordinary hotel; it is not a gay venue.
This is a dense wholesale market district north of CST, noisy and crowded by day, with little to do at night. Reviews average 3.3 from about 580. It suits travellers on a tight budget who need rail access; South Mumbai's Colaba and Fort areas are a short taxi ride away.

The staff are medical and respectful. The hotel needs maintenance, especially the bedding and furniture.

You'll find the best rooms here at reasonable rates. This is a family-friendly hotel, a very disciplined hotel. There's also a restaurant on the terrace. Other hotels in this area are quite small rooms, so overall, it was a very good stay.
