Perfect hotel, great breakfast, courteous and professional service, spacious and cozy rooms

This is our third time at Fabric. We liked it so much we came back with our kids this time! The family room is great, our kids loved the bunk beds with the curtains and private screens. The rooms are always very clean, beds comfy and high quality bedsheets. The staff are super, the waiter at breakfast was especially nice and attentive. The location is fantastic, close to Carmel market, Levinsky, the beach and light rail station. We will return for sure!

Small and precise hotel in an excellent location

Stunning hotel! The rooms are not very big but really enough for a couple. They upgraded us and it was really nice of them. The breakfast is excellent, fresh and delicious food.

Everything is excellent Just next time note that breakfast is not in the hotel itself. And the parking issue. Why is there no arrangement for hotel guests
