The room was in good condition and well-organized, making it comfortable. There was almost no noise, so I was able to sleep soundly, and the staff's friendly service was also impressive. I think this hotel offers great value for money.
This was my first time at the Rondo Hotel, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room, so I had a comfortable stay. The room was neat and clean, so I'd love to come back again! I'm very satisfied.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish, making my stay a pleasant one. They were quick to assist with any needs, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. This accommodation provided a high level of satisfaction in terms of service.
The room was spacious, the beds were large, and thankfully, there was no carpeted floor... However, the moment we walked in, we were hit with a musty, unpleasant smell. We also saw visible stains on the mattresses. Overall, it felt more like a poorly maintained motel and we could not stay and canceled our booking.
