Hilton Antwerp Old Town

Hilton Antwerp Old Town is worth a visit if you enjoy staying right in the old city center. Admittedly, the hotel looks dated, but the service and cleanliness more than make up for it.

Fine hotel, but dated and uninviting. The rooms are otherwise okay, but you are mainly paying for the location.

Ok so the rooms could be a little more updated but we didn't travel to Antwerp to sit in the hotel room :). Fabulous staff and even better location. We had no issues finding this hotel and we walked or biked everywhere.

Smaakmeesters is not a success here. Sometimes saying that it is too busy and full is a better choice than continuing to accept guests and giving them a disappointing experience. They are clearly not used to running large-scale production. This is not necessarily the fault of the friendly staff, but rather of the management, who put in an understaffed / inexperienced team for such an event. The tasting, on the other hand, was very tasty.

I hd a quite nice stay. Friendly and capable staff and nice convention rooms. There was, however, a smell in the air of food or a peculiar stale perfume every once in a while. It seemed to linger on for hours on end on some days.

Worst Hilton hotel ever that i’ve ever stayed in! First of all the lobby, the front door is broken so you need to come through emergency door. And from the parking to the hotel there is no clear sign, so be ready to drag all your lugage to this hotel. Then the service from the reception, was so unfriendly. The room itself is too small, and smelly , the decor is so dated and the bed still not tidy when we checked in. Even a dust on the bed side table. The towel was only one when we checked in and its not clean. The refrigerator even didn’t cold and too small to put some food. And the worst part is the AC didn’t cool at all! We already asked is there any solution but nothing! We can’t really sleep its so horrible hotel! Then the next day the cleaning service clean our room even though we already put the sign do not disturb! We came back from work were shocked! They really need hospitality training! Literally if i could give minus 1 star i would. The plus point only the location, So better you find another hotel near by because this hotel not worth the price at all! Don’t book this hotel if you dont want a nightmare in Antwerp . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
