It's not the newest place, but it's clean and tidy. The room is spacious and comfortable, but it could use a little freshening up. I was most impressed by the very pleasant man at reception, a real ray of sunshine 😊🙏 The view from the window is stunning 😀

Unfortunately, the name starting with 'quality' is a gross exaggeration. I specifically chose this hotel because of the fridge. When I arrived, I immediately noticed three things: a bad smell, a non-working fridge, and certainly no quality. What do I mean by no quality? A TV was present but no remote control; the air conditioning didn't work; a fan was present but no remote control to adjust the temperature either; the light switches next to the bath were pushed through; there was an insect in the room; a rusty sink drain; and... the window was taped shut with duct tape, yet the outside is covered in cigarette butts? ... additionally, it was highly doubtful whether any cleaning had actually taken place: there was still hair next to the bath, etc. (and the bath was leaking, by the way). It's a shame; the hotel has potential but is very bad. I have no inclination to return. The staff, however, was very friendly.

A pretty run-down hotel. The only bright spot is the people who work here and really do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Definitely not recommended!

It was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but the standard is extremely low. Rooms are old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning is broken throughout the building. The hallways and elevator have dirty carpeting. The linens are old and worn. The area is noisy. The basic amenities of a 4-star hotel are lacking.

Quite and comfortable

I paid for a night and woke up at 2:00 AM scratching myself all over, and when I turned on the light the bed was full of bedbugs. I spoke to reception and they changed my room, but I'm covered in bites and I'm allergic to bedbugs. I sent a message through the app I used to book to request a refund and haven't received a response.

The air conditioning and television didn't work. The bathroom door was broken. The window shades didn't close easily.

The truth is, it was a complete disaster from the start. I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as a 4-star establishment and because the photos on Booking.com didn't look bad. However, the reality I encountered was very different. The hotel looks old and, above all, clearly lacking in maintenance. The elevator seemed more like a freight elevator than one you'd expect from a hotel of this category. The room, at least, was spacious and bright, but that's where the positives end. The furniture was dirty, and some pieces were even broken. The bathroom was old and also showed significant neglect. Furthermore, there were no amenities or complimentary touches whatsoever. There wasn't even a glass in the room. To top it all off, the air conditioning wasn't working, and neither was the refrigerator. I mentioned it at reception, thinking it was a problem specific to my room, and to my surprise, they told me that neither the air conditioners nor the refrigerators in the rooms were working. The service also seemed extremely limited. During my stay, I saw the same person working at reception, in the restaurant, and cleaning the hotel entrance. This isn't a criticism of that person, but rather of the level of resources and service offered by an establishment that presents itself as a 4-star hotel. Overall, my impression was more like staying in an old, neglected guesthouse than a four-star hotel. I understand that the facilities may be dated, but there's a difference between a hotel being old and the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and basic services I encountered here. The experience fell far short of my expectations, especially considering the advertised rating. Personally, I wouldn't return. Not even if they paid me.

Four stars is a huge understatement. I agree with other guests' comments about the torn curtain and the unbearable smell of tobacco. Plus, there were no towels when we arrived. The staff were very nice, which, along with the location, was the only good thing about it.
