Aqua Hotel Burgas

The hotel is nice, the pool too. The gym definitely needs to be renovated - very old equipment, I would say some are even dangerous - wires are coming out, a lot of rust.... Overall it's bad.

The location is far from the center. Rooms are generally okay. The service needs improvement.

A very good hotel in Burgas; this is my second time staying there. Bus #15, which goes to Burgas Airport, stops near the hotel. The Sea Garden and beach are a 12-15-minute walk away. The city center is no more than a 20-minute walk away, or four bus stops away. The hotel has a Bistro-Bar, which serves a buffet breakfast in the morning and an à la carte menu in the afternoon and evening. The breakfasts are delicious! Bulgarian food is generally delicious, especially the vegetables and fruits. Rooms are cleaned daily. SPA (Sports Center): indoor pool, 3 saunas (infrared and two Finnish), hamam (steam bath), jacuzzi, and gym. I really liked the hotel, and I thank the hotel staff for their excellent service and for my pleasant stay.

A brutally smoky room, not a room, but an old ashtray, staff dissatisfied with life.

Cons: ❄️The rooms were very cold. 🚽We were told we would be given an en-suite bathroom, but the bathroom they gave us was awful. 🅿️🚗The parking was very expensive. They charged ten Euros per day 💶 🏚️ The hotel's interior and exterior were a bit old and needed renovation. In our opinion, the biggest problem was the bathroom and the temperature in the rooms. But we stayed for one night as a family and didn't experience any major problems.
