Hotel Ruvan

Good location close to the center of things, our flight was late we landed at 1am, I contacted the hotel and informed about the delay, they informed me that there was no problem that they are 24/7 at the reception. I arrived in Burgas and could not find a taxi for 5. After half an hour of chatting in the airport and failed attempts to get a taxi, I decided to call the reception and ask for assistance, the girl at the reception was lovely and within 5 minutes she came back to me and arranged a taxi for me. The taxi took 15 minutes to get from the city and finally I reached my destination. The hotel has an elevator, room number 11 has a few more stairs if you are elderly or disabled take another room. The room was very clean, there is a stove, a sum and all sorts of basic things. The water flow was strong, there was hot water, the hotel is clean and maintained, the folding bed in the living room is less comfortable, all the other beds are good. In summary, a very good hotel for its level, the location is really good near the main streets. Standard European breakfast, basic and limited for Israelis, it is necessary to supplement with food outside if you must eat a lot

Kind, polite staff. Wonderful and comfortable rooms, and the hotel is in a great location.

I am very pleased.

I have never seen better service and quality of staff in any hotel. Hospitable staff (especially the receptionist), the rooms are unique, quiet and nice. The breakfast was also great. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice stay overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, with working air conditioning. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had everything you could need and was really good.

Service, room, location - 10/10. I highly recommend it.

Welcoming and professional staff... excellent room... only slight drawback: parking available

We are very happy with our visit to Hotel Ruvan. A quiet place, clean rooms, with very kind and courteous people. My son and I received a wonderful treatment and would gladly stay there again. We were there for twelve nights.

Very nice location , good service , tasty breakfast and Pianchii coffee .
