Crowne Plaza Berlin City Centre

Location, everything is very close. The people who work there are very friendly. The breakfast was quite good too. The pool isn't big but it has a good sauna and offers massages.

Terrible Service. I was staying there for business, and the service is surprisingly terrible for a IHG Hotel. No Room Service, literally. That was what the reception told me when I asked for Room Service. When I contact Housekeeping, they just tell me to contact Reception! At many times neither Reception nor Housekeeping replied to my calls. Basics, such as Water, Soap & Shower Gel refill on daily basis did not take place. I had to ask for Water for 3 consecutive days! Unfortunately, despite having good experience generally with IHG Hotels, I had to complain officially to IHG and they created a case for such complaint. What the Hotel did after my complaint was just sending a letter to my room asking me to come to the front desk for a solution! Without even solving the problem itself. Overall, room is not bad, food is good. And the location is great.

Well located for tube station and main shopping area.

Super location. The room was too small, for 2 people for 4 days. Only a closet with hangers, which was not possible to unpack. But not more than 3 “benches” Smokers were standing right outside the entrance. When we told the staff, they were black, what goes on outside on the street has nothing to do with us. The breakfast was ok, no more. No small delicious bites. No bags with small IKEA meatballs. Standard.
