AGIHAS

AGIHAS is a Riga-based support group for people living with HIV/AIDS. It was registered in 1993, making it one of Latvia's oldest community organisations in this field. It offers peer counselling for people living with HIV and for their partners and families, and speaks for them with public institutions. It is based at Linezera iela 3 in Riga, where the Riga East University Hospital infectious diseases centre is located.
