I ordered the chicken chilly and it’s delicious! The texture of the rice is just my kind and it’s tasted buttery. There’s only one thing worth mentioning especially for the first-timer here. I paid with my credit card and after tipping, there’s another €1+ markup, the payment machine displayed a short message in Dutch which I don’t understand. The owner explained to me that it’s the charge by the credit card company. I’ve never seen this anywhere else during my trip in Amsterdam and I am not sure if this is legit. So if you do mind the markup for the so-called “charge by credit card company”, spare some cash for the bill.

This was the first time I tried Nepalese and Tibetian food and it was incredibly delicious. The service is good and we even got some recommendations on what to order since none of us have ever had this cuisine. We started with the Veg Pakora and Veg Samosa, which were nice and crispy. The vegetables really surprised me since I didn't expect for then to look like that but they were, light and crispy. A great start to the meal. Then we tried the Pork Choila which was full of flavor, great crispy exterior and with a kick to it from the spices. It was a new taste for me and I really like it. The Chicken Chow Mein was also good but nothing new for me flavor wise. One of my favorites of all the dishes had to be the Jhol Momo Pork. The thickness of the wrappers, the juicy and flavorful filling and the sauce/soup worked wonderfully together. The other fan favourite was the Nepalese Thali Mutton. All of it's elements were tasty on their own and together. Additionally, the mutton was cooked to perfection. As a dessert we tried the Juju Dhau, which was a great and light finish to the dinner. Lastly, I also had their Paloma which was well balanced and really refreshing. Overall, we all had a wonderful experience trying these cuisines for the first time. We were all impressed and will definitely come back again. It's better to make a reservation since there are not that many tables and it does get full. 06.2026

First time trying Nepalese and Tibetan. First off, the waitress was not helpful in providing recommendations on what to try or what is good. Ended up paying $30 for 8 pieces of pork momo dumplings that is dry and overpowered by chili.

Wow! This has completely changed my perspective on Nepalese and Tibetan cuisine. The complexity and delicious seasoning and range of options was phenomenal. We dined with vegans and non-vegans and everyone had tons of options and enjoyed every dish. The hospitality and warmth from the staff was also wonderful! Try the chili Momo!
