PURO Wrocław Old Town

Hotel with a truly exceptional location, right in the heart of Wrocław and overlooking the splendid Market Square. The convenience of being able to reach practically all the main attractions on foot and the beautiful view are undoubtedly its greatest strengths. The room was clean and spacious, with decent amenities overall: a coffee machine and kettle were present, which were much appreciated. The closet, however, was rather basic, and some services we would have liked to find were missing, such as a minibar and a safe. There was also no complimentary toiletry set in the bathroom. The breakfast was abundant, but it didn't particularly convince us. The dining room is located in the basement and is rather unpleasant. The selection was very skewed toward savory items, while the choice of sweets was decidedly limited: only one cake and industrial-looking croissants, which we found rather hard. The staff also seemed slow to clear and clean the tables, probably because they were understaffed. The most disappointing point was the services section. To get to the airport, we asked the reception to call us a taxi. We were called a partner taxi with a surcharge, even though we still had to reach the small square where we could have taken a normal taxi directly without a surcharge. Greater transparency from the staff would certainly have been appreciated. Overall, however, considering the extraordinary location and the price paid, the value for money remains excellent. With a little more attention to services and breakfast, the experience could improve significantly.

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean and quiet. Well located on the Rynek. Safe place You need to take bus K at Swidnicka if you want to go to the train station. And the security guys Patryk and Andrii are very nice and friendly.

3 night citybreak. Very few reviews so far so took a gamble as price and location and the fact that it was very newly renovated were big positives. Everything was perfect. Comfortable bed, great shower, impeccable cleanliness all through. We stayed during the heatwave when Wroclaw hit 40°and the Aircon was amazing!. We didn't have any issues with controlling lights and AirCon. TV channels were limited for English but it was a modern TV so I could cast from my phone. We had breakfast but just paid on the day and enjoyed it a lot. Plenty to choose from, but also did other things on other days. Rooms felt secure with a number pin lock to access. Would be preferable to have a safe in the room too however. I only didn't rate this 5 as missing a safe and a mini fridge. Stepping right out onto the Rynek was amazing. The absolute best location you could choose.

Stayed here purely due to the opening offer rate of this new hotel being so cheap Sure the hotel is modern, very well located in the main square yet quiet , easy to get to airport via public transport But he staff and their preference to argue with customers whilst refusing to understand their own terms and conditions made me mark this is one star alone and will stop me using this chain again When registering on their app for loyalty scheme it offers “free breakfast on your next stay” voucher code. I add this to this stay I made two days after registering yet not one but TWO staff members tried to tell me no the terms on the website are wrong it’s your SECOND stay that gets free breakfast. Even when showing them the words on the site they refused to their im always right response. Only when I sent an email in did someone say their as an IT issue (by the time they replied it was too late to get breakfast) - no reference to the fact that multiple staff members got this wrong and no apology for their awful manner which suggests they need a training course on customer service skills and their own company’s terms and conditions In the rooms everything was modern but you had to hit the master switch to get ALL of the lights to go off and this also meant it killed the air con which wasn’t great in over 30c temperatures Tv had very poor signal and many channels you could hear but not watch due to a black or shaky picture - basic stuff that in a NEW hotel shouldn’t happen

Excellent location, right on the main square. Secure 24hr reception with security on the front door. Lovely spacious clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, new, available and courteous, and located in the central square. From the outside, the building is ugly, but inside it is beautiful. Moreover, it is also at a great price.

Great new hotel in the heart of the old town of Wroclaw. Located directly at the market square, the hotel offers spacious and new rooms that have almost everything one could wish for. Rooms are clean and spacious and feature a large shower, hairdryer, TV, sofa bed (at least in our booked room for 2+1), air conditioning, and an extra closet. Only a safe and minibar were missing. Unfortunately, there is no minibar, although a minibar does not necessarily need to be stocked; it could simply serve as a small refrigerator. Service / check-in / check-out was smooth and quick. The room was on the 5th floor. It had a view of the courtyard. An elevator is available. We did not book breakfast, but we found the price of 69 zloty to be excessive and too expensive - per person, mind you.
