I’m not one who usually leaves reviews, in this case the level of service was so excellent that I felt I had to comment on it. I’ve spent 18 years working for Hilton Hotels, different hotels at all levels of service. I know what good customer service is, I’ve hired, trained and promoted several great staff with amazing customer service skills. My wife and I recently spent a few nights at Wyndham Wroclaw enjoying the city and your hotel. We stopped at the front desk multiple times throughout our stay. All questions were basic tourist questions; where’s a good spot to eat, can you arrange a city tour for us, can you call us a ride to the train station etc. Coincidently every trip to the desk we would talk to Jagoda, she not only answered our questions but also facilitated all our requests. I can’t thank her enough for all the great suggestions and helping us with a city tour and transportation. My hotel management days would have been much easier if I had more staff like Jagoda. Thank you

Unfortunately, we were only able to spend one night here in Warsaw during our Baltic tour. The surroundings were great and the food (dinner and breakfast) was good.

Perfect location, delicious breakfasts (served extra long on weekends, which is a plus), and a large, clean, and cozy room. The hotel's organization and service are also top-notch. I highly recommend it!

The Wyndham is located just behind Wrocław's main square. The rooms are extremely comfortable and, at least those overlooking the hotel's internal courtyard, where I stayed, extremely quiet. The breakfast is top-notch.

We had a 3-bed room as we were planning to do some sightseeing. The hotel is perfectly located near the city center. The staff was very courteous and friendly. There was something for everyone at breakfast, and the food was constantly replenished. The only downside was that the staff wasn't always quick enough to reset the tables.

This is our fourth time staying here; it’s the place we visit most frequently, offering great comfort and an excellent breakfast. This hotel truly stands out from others—the breakfast is superb, and the staff provide exceptional service, especially Aleksandra
